• Greet and assist passengers with ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes
• Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related information
• Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures at all times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for passengers
• Maintain accurate records and reports of ticket sales and passenger information
• Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
