Relationship Manager - Vijayawada

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Vijayawada. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored financial solutions and excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of existing and new clients in Vijayawada.
• Understand client needs and objectives to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the financial industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of various financial products and services (e.g., loans, investments, insurance).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in local language (Telugu) and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
