Team Leadership: Recruited, trained, mentored, and managed a team of area sales managers and sales representatives.

Territory Management: Managed regional budgets, sales forecasting, pricing compliance, and pipeline volume.

Client & Partner Relations: Built and maintained long-term relationships with key accounts, national distributors, and channel partners.

Market Intelligence: Monitored competitor activity, regional market trends, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Resolve major customer complaints and address trade partner issues quickly.

Expand distributor networks and identify high-value market segments.
