Manager - Business Development Cinemas

<h2>Your Profile</h2><ol><li>&nbsp;Identify, pursue, and nurture strategic partnerships and opportunities that drive growth and revenue for the company.</li><li>Work closely with cinema owners to expand the company's presence in the entertainment and ticketing industry.</li><li>Ability to directly lead and acquire new business independently by demonstrating and presenting business plans to clients.</li><li>Plan and strategize to achieve the numbers/ revenue targets month-wise and quarter-wise.</li><li>Responsible for key client management. Client relationship management and follow up of client queries. Handling end to end client relationships and addressing their needs effectively.</li><li>Coordinate with&nbsp;inter departments&nbsp;for all activities specific to the cinema business</li><li>Review performance, prepare&nbsp; MIS reports and dashboards.</li><li>Collate a month-on-month tracking of the metrics and highlighting the same.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s services addressing or predicting clients&rsquo; requirements.</li></ol><h2>Your Checklist</h2><ol><li>Fluent in regional language &amp; have excellent communication skills.</li><li>Possess excellent business development skills for acquiring cinema screens.</li><li>Analytical skills, Proactive, Problem-solving, Decision Making &amp; Negotiation Skills</li><li>Deep&nbsp;knowledge and working of MS office. Excellent MS-Excel skills &amp; Dashboard preparation skills.</li><li>Cinema background is an added advantage.</li></ol>
