Job Responsibilities

The Associate Consultant supports client engagements by conducting analysis, developing insights, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality consulting solutions. The role involves working closely with project teams and clients to address business challenges across public service delivery domain - specifically agriculture and allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery under the guidance of senior consultants and managers
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including data collection, validation, and interpretation
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other client-ready deliverables
• Assist in process mapping, benchmarking, and development of recommendations
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
• Contribute to knowledge management, research, and proposal development
• Adhere to firm methodologies, quality standards, and ethical guidelines
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public policy, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience (good to have experience in agriculture and allied sectors)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to structure problems and communicate findings clearly
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA, MPP, MPA, or equivalent)
• Exposure to consulting, analytics, digital transformation, or sector-specific projects
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Experience working with government, or PSUs, or large enterprises
