Job Description: As an Airport Information Counter Staff, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to passengers and visitors at the airport. Your main duties will include:

• Greeting and welcoming passengers and visitors to the airport
• Assisting passengers with flight information, airport facilities, and directions
• Handling inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Providing assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Liaising with other airport staff and departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth operation
• Maintaining a clean and organized information counter area
• Keeping up-to-date with airport policies, procedures, and flight schedules
• Assisting with other airport duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
