• Retailer & Distributor Engagement – Strengthen relationships with trade partners to improve brand presence and trade participation.
  
• Merchandising & POSM Deployment – Ensure proper placement and utilization of POS materials to maximize impact.
  
• Market Analysis & Competitive Insights – Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine strategies.
  
• Budget Utilization & ROI – Optimize trade marketing spend and assess the return on investment for promotional activities.
  
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align trade initiatives with business goals.
  
• Compliance & Process Adherence – Ensure all trade marketing activities adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail marketing, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry.
  
• Strong understanding of regional trade dynamics, retailer behavior, and channel marketing strategies.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  
• Experience of working closely with Sales & Marketing Team
