Engage with B2B customers to build and strengthen relationship with business partners to generate multi product business.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets for Rural Two Wheeler and Consumer Durable loans
•  
• Sales Force Management & data management
•  
• Regular Dealer visit and updating Daily Visit report
•  
• Portfolio management – Maintaining healthy portfolio
•  
• Ensure adherence to sales governance & compliance processes
•  
• Adherence to customer delivery & queries within defined TAT
•  
• Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work.
•  
• Resolves issues regarding customer documentations
•  
• Plans for business expansion - identify and map new areas, including fraud likelihoods, deriving projections
•  
• Sales and collect responsibility

•  Graduation
•  Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability
•  People & Relationship Management skills
•  Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill
•  Work Experience:
•  Graduation with 0 to 5 Years’ experience
