Loan Processor - Support

In this fully remote role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team assisting with loan file review, documentation support, and process coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing residential and/or commercial loan files.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain digital records and support compliance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on loan progress.

• Experience in loan processing, banking, or mortgage administration strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital documentation systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Must currently reside in Connecticut.
