Initial screening Guidelines for Graduate Engineering Trainee

• Academics 

• SSCL/10th Standard/Grade score - 70% & above in single attempt
• HSC/12th standard/Grade score - 70% & above in single attempt
• Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) any discipline - 70% Aggregate or CGPA 7.0 & above, no history of arrears (1st attempt clearing of all the subjects in each semester)

Interview process

• Aptitude, logical reasoning and basic technical knowledge (To assess Analytical/Engineering fundamentals/ Quantitative skills)
• Group discussion for general/subject oriented topic (To assess teamwork/ Communication/ Listening skills)
• Final interview (Physical interview along with HR on technical/Attitude/Behaviors/overall fit for Job)

Job Description - Graduate Engineering Trainee

• Understand fundamentals of Production planning, Material planning and Inventory management
• Gain exposure to Bill Of Material, Material Requirement Planning, Production Planning and Inventory-control concepts
• Monitor the production schedule adherence & discuss wherever necessary
• Develop working knowledge of ERP systems preferred SAP
• Learn and understand manufacturing processes, production flow, Shipment execution, stakeholder collaboration
• Monitor key planning indicators such as On Time Delivery, Inventory Turn, Revenue
