Role Overview

The L4 Chapter Leader – Credentialing & Contracting is responsible for managing end-to-end provider credentialing and contracting activities. This role leads a team to ensure accurate documentation, timely application processing, compliance with regulations, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate credentialing and contracting opportunities
• Perform pre-application analysis and documentation review
• Oversee application completion, compilation, and submission
• Track applications and ensure timely follow-ups
• Manage provider and document-related escalations
• Ensure compliance with credentialing standards and internal policies
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence within the team

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in analysis or documentation-related roles
• CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist) is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of documentation processes
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Prior experience leading or mentoring teams is an advantage
