Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic L4-Chapter Leader (Hardware Engineer) to lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing, maintaining, and improving hardware systems and solutions. As the Chapter Leader, you will be responsible for managing the technical and developmental aspects of hardware engineering projects, ensuring that your team consistently delivers high-quality work. You will also play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and growth within your team while ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and product objectives.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in hardware design, circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems. Strong knowledge of hardware testing, simulation tools, and design software.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
