The graphics and visual design manager will lead creative and visual design initiatives to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing materials across digital and print channels. This role is responsible for shaping the firm’s visual identity through compelling design, video content, and presentation materials, while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative leadership with hands-on design expertise, video editing capabilities, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Creative Execution
Lead the design and production of digital and print assets, including marketing collateral, campaign visuals, and branded materials including service sheets and one-pagers, brochures, ads, white papers/PDF reports, infographics and data visualizations, event collateral, posters, and internal communications materials.
Develop visualization graphics (charts, diagrams, scorecards, timelines) to translate complex concepts and metrics into clear, executive-ready visuals for reports, presentations, and marketing.
Design and edit pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, and leadership-level decks that ensure strong visual storytelling, clear hierarchy, and brand consistency.
Create channel-specific visual assets such as hero graphics, email banners, and other campaign graphics for use across web, email, social media, and other marketing channels
Video & Motion Design
Support video editing initiatives, including marketing videos, brand stories, and internal/external communications
Apply brand standards consistently across video, motion graphics, and animated assets
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a strong plus
Brand & Visual Identity Management
Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all images, videos, and digital experiences
Ensure complete brand compliance across design outputs, including typography, color systems, imagery, and layouts
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints
Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and communications teams to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
Manage design projects end-to-end, from intake and concepting to execution and delivery.
Balance multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Design & Technical Expertise
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Advanced PowerPoint skills (and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 360 apps).
