Position Profile

The Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing audit engagements for commercial entities in accordance with PCAOB standards. This role involves overseeing the entire audit lifecycle, including planning, risk assessment, execution, reporting, and completion. The Audit Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensures high-quality audit delivery, manages engagement teams, and provides technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Accounting; CPA required
  • 6+ years of public accounting experience with significant PCAOB audit exposure (Commercial entities audits- Consumer Products, Retail & E‑Commerce, Manufacturing & Distribution, Technology, Professional & Business Services, Hospitality)
  • Deep understanding of PCAOB standards, risk assessment, and ICFR
  • End‑to‑end audit experience, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and wrap‑up.
  • Experience managing multiple engagements, budgets, and client relationships
  • Strong experience with complex accounting areas and audit judgments
