Job Summary

As an Associate Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting business and technology strategy by conducting benchmarking studies, US market research, and competitive analysis. You will collect, synthesize, and analyze data to provide actionable insights that help drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to compare and benchmark client performance against competitors and industry standards, providing insights into best practices and emerging trends.
  • Synthesize findings from domestic project teams to identify comparative examples, define Return on Investment (ROI) cases, and identify potential alternative solutions.
  • Perform in-depth research on the US market, including trends, competitors, and key industry dynamics, to support strategic decisions for clients.
  • Gather data from a variety of sources, ensuring its accuracy and relevance. Analyze and synthesize information to create comprehensive reports and insights.
  • Assist in preparing client reports, dashboards, and presentations by consolidating research findings and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with senior associates, clients, and internal teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant market insights and competitive data.
  • Identify key industry trends and market shifts, helping the consulting team stay ahead of market developments.
  • Contribute to the development of research methodologies, ensuring efficiency and consistency in data collection and analysis.

Required Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
  • Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and market analysis
  • Ability to work with large datasets and use tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar for reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative mindset, working well in cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

  • Basic understanding of business strategy and technology trends
  • Experience with market research tools and databases
  • Ability to support reporting and data visualization for senior stakeholders
