Accounting Advisory Services Experienced Senior Or Supervisor

Weaver’s Chennai office is seeking a client-facing advisory professional who can hit the ground running—collaborating seamlessly with our U.S. clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagements:
• Lead and manage advisory projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Provide support in technical accounting projects – core (writing technical memos, contract reviews, etc.) US GAAP and / or IFRS technical accounting experience preferred
• Team Leadership:

• Support leaders by building the Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) India team through participation in hiring, liaising with India and US leadership etc.
• Mentor and guide team members (AAS and Audit in advisory work-related matters).
• Ensure the team meets project timelines and quality standards.

• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities both for offshore practice i.e. areas where we could further support the US practice and onshore – when servicing US clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• CA, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in advisory services
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
