Job Description

Responsibilities

Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements
Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts
Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure
Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies
Provide ad-hoc data support to BUs with respects to financials
Liaise with tax consultants on regular basis in respect of various tax compliances, tax advisory, tax representation and tax litigations
Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities, desired format by auditors/BUs and responsible for closure of audit queries

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance
3 to 7 years of experience
Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, CARO compliance, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, SEBI LODR
Knowledge of SAP
