Job Description

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to support our HR team with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition, along with day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.

The role will involve managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to joining, while also assisting with HR documentation, employee coordination, onboarding, and internal HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.

Manage candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and job postings.

Support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, and HR coordination.

Assist in employee engagement activities, HR events, and internal initiatives.

Coordinate with employees and departments on HR-related requirements.

Requirements

Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.

0–1 years of experience in HR/recruitment; internship experience preferred.

Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.

Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
