Responsibilities

Manage and service mapped affluent customer relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking, wealth, and investment products.
Drive cross-sales of CASA, deposits, insurance, mutual funds, loans, and other banking products.
Deepen existing customer relationships and improve product penetration.
Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving financial requirements.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Achieve individual business and revenue targets.
