Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check-in, and boarding processes. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ticketing counters, and boarding gates
• Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations
• Check passports, visas, and other required documents for international travel
• Answer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and other airport services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assist passengers with baggage check-in and retrieval
• Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and timely boarding processes
• Ensure compliance with all airport security and safety regulations
• Keep accurate records of all ticket sales and transactions
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus
