To lead the Vendor Reconciliation function with end-to-end ownership of reconciling vendor ledgers with SAP balances, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve all open items and ensure that both sets of books are fully aligned on a recurring basis.

Principal Accountabilities
Take full ownership of the endtoend reconciliation process ensuring vendor statements and SAP vendor accounts are aligned on a monthly or quarterly basisbrIdentify and resolve discrepancies such as missing invoices unapplied payments debitcredit notes GRIR mismatches and timing issues ensuring complete alignment of vendor and company booksbrServe as the single point of accountability for all reconciliationrelated matters coordinating with Accounts Payable Payments Procurement Supply Chain and Business teams to resolve issuesbrEngage with vendors to close open items obtain balance confirmations and manage escalations to ensure timely resolutionbrImplement a structured recurring reconciliation cadence with clear timelines and ownership ensuring no open item is carried forward without a documented action planbrMaintain a comprehensive audit trail for reconciliations approvals and confirmations ensuring compliance with internal control and audit standardsbrSupport internal and external audits driving the closure of observations related to vendor balances and ensuring compliance with GST TDS and MSME regulationsbrLead coach and develop a team of reconciliation analysts fostering a culture of ownership followthrough and closure while ensuring crosstraining and strong backup coveragebrStandardize reconciliation templates and confirmation formats driving automation and reporting to improve cycle time and accuracy and identifying opportunities to reduce manual followups and rework
