As an Executive / Sr. Executive – HR, you will play a key role in building and sustaining our people practices. From hiring the right talent to ensuring a positive workplace culture, your contributions will directly influence our growth story.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Talent Acquisition & Bulk Hiring – Build strong pipelines and ensure timely hiring for critical roles

✔️ Employee Engagement – Drive initiatives that boost morale, culture, and belonging

✔️ Onboarding & Induction – Deliver smooth and impactful new-joiner experiences

✔️ Performance Management (PMS) – Enable a high-performance culture with structured systems

✔️ HR Audits & Compliance – Ensure statutory and policy compliance with best practices

✔️ HR MIS & Reporting – Strengthen decision-making through accurate data insights

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing)

✅ Full-time MBA/BBA (HR) – Mandatory

✅ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels

✅ Passion for people-centric HR with a practical, process-driven approach
