Your Key Responsibilities

Analyzes, calculates and creates business or technical concepts or solutions. Targeting the continuous optimization of concepts, processes or procedures, or the continuous improvements of products and tools.

Execution of Tool Design.

Execution of design of machine spares

Design and develop manufacturing equipment for the Schaeffler Production System.

Define processes for the development of innovative solutions and future demand.

Support the further development of the mechanical engineering sector.

Deploy state-of-the-art technologies

Design and development of tool and gauges for new product development.

Design and development of toolings for new projects / line change.

Design of spare machine parts.

Cooperate in risk assessments, correct all sort comings and sustain it for continuous improvement regarding environment Protection, Occupational Health and safety and fire Prevention

Your Qualifications

BE-Mech with 12:12 years / DME with 10:12 years in Tooling design. Preferred from Bearing Industry

Trained in design concepts and GD&T.
