Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the application of quality guidelines, day-to-day operational quality, and ensure customer service and satisfaction.
• Implement plant, manufacturing unit, segment or warehouse related quality standards and ensure effectiveness.
• Act as first escalation instance to decide on local or workplace-related quality issues in cooperation with local management.
• Support and accompany internal and external quality audits and initiate improvement measures to react on deficiencies stated.
• Oversee operational quality control activities and inspection measures, both inbound and/or outbound (if applicable).
• Initiate, control and verify lessons learned and preventive actions in area of responsibility.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration
• 10 to 15 years
