Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical QC / QA Engineer to ensure our repaired electronics meet the highest quality standards before dispatch to clients. This role involves performing thorough quality checks, interpreting datasheets and schematics, and using specialized testing tools to simulate real-world conditions. You will collaborate closely with repair teams, validate work, and document results to maintain consistency and drive continuous improvement. If you have strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a systematic approach to quality assurance, this role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance both your skills and our customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quality checks and functional tests on a variety of industrial electronic instruments after repair.
• Work closely with the repair team to validate and approve repairs.
• Read and interpret datasheets, service manuals, schematics, and test procedures.
• Use various testing tools and jigs to simulate actual field conditions.
• Document test results, identify inconsistencies, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of electronics and industrial instruments.
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, drives, power supplies, SMPS, and control boards.
• Ability to understand datasheets, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Experience working in a repair or service center environment is highly preferred.
• A systematic approach to quality checking and a strong sense of responsibility.
