Stress Analysis Engineer CAESAR

We are urgently hiring  Stress Analysis Engineer – CAESAR ||

Experience: 7-10 Years

Work Location: Vadodara

Responsibilities

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design or related field

· Hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR II.

· Strong knowledge of piping flexibility, thermal expansion, sustained and occasional load analysis.

· Experience in static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems.

· Sound knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or ASME B31.3 codes.

· Must have experience in pipe support and spring hanger selection/design.

· Ability to interpret stress results and recommend design modifications.

· Experience in preparation of Pipe Stress Reports and supporting calculations.

· Assist assigned engineers & designers in resolution of technical engineering & design challenges

· Preferred experience in Super Critical Boilers of Thermal Power Plant.

· Experience in reviewing 3D piping models for support and stress requirements.

· Familiarity with critical piping systems and high-temperature piping applications.

· Strong attention to detail with quality and accuracy mindset.

· Good communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead/mentor team members.
