Key Responsibilities

1 To perform DoE execution, analysis & interpretation of data for upstream process development taking technical calls, discussions, investigations, etc. for project.

2 To perform operation of Bioreactors/Fermenters and associated equipment required for handling of Mammalian and Microbial Upstream process development. Provide technical inputs for upstream process leveraging fermentation/ cell, bioreactor engineering, and in-process analytics.

• To analyze in-process sample analysis like Metabolites, cell counts etc. for current running projects.
• To Operate and manage uses of equipment’s like Autoclave, Hot air oven, centrifuge and other associated equipment used for upstream process development.
• Preparation and execution of documents as per laid down Quality procedures for upstream process development and technology transfer.
• Preparation of SOP, Support for Equipment qualification, Calibration pertaining to upstream process as per laid down procedures.
  
  

7 . Ensure quality compliance in Biotechnology Upstream laboratory as per Quality standards requirements.

Educational Qualification

M.SC./ in Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biotechnology.

Experience

Tenure : 4 – 8 yrs.
