You’ll be the force behind our security culture — designing, delivering, and evolving training programs across the organization. This role mixes education, psychology, and security.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead company-wide security awareness campaigns and phishing simulations
• Deliver onboarding and periodic compliance training (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
• Partner with HR and Compliance to align training with regulatory frameworks
• Maintain metrics and KPIs on training effectiveness and behavior change
• Tailor training programs for engineers, business users, and leadership
• Create or license engaging multimedia training content
  
  

• 3+ years in security awareness, learning and development, or communications
• Knowledge of Ninjio training, KnowBe4, Wizer, or similar platforms
• Understanding of common attack vectors and how to teach non-technical audiences
• Comfort with LMS tools and creating learning modules
• Analytical mindset — able to measure behavior, not just content delivery
  
  

• Instructional design experience or certifications (CIPD, ATD, etc.)
• Public speaking, video, or content creation experience
• Understand ChatGPT and prompting
