IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-NRI to join our Retail Banking team at our Vadodara branch. As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and meeting their banking needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients, understanding their financial goals and providing them with personalized banking solutions
• Meet sales targets by cross-selling and upselling banking products and services to NRI clients
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial advice to NRI clients
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies while handling NRI accounts
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless banking experience for NRI clients
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in banking regulations related to NRI clients
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry, with a focus on NRI clients
• Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance related to NRI clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and banking software
