About Our Client

Our client is a well-established organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector, specializing in pneumatic controls manufacturing. As a part of a medium-sized, forward-thinking company, the QA Lead will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving product quality along with managing customer complaints.

Job Description

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for manufacturing processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality-related issues.
Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products.
Analyse quality data and generate reports for management review.
Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
Stay updated with advancements in quality assurance tools and techniques in the automation-robotics industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Lead should have:

A degree in engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and practices in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Prior experience in the automotive industry, preferably with auto components or tyre manufacturing.
Exposure to handling domestic and international customers.
Familiarity with IATF standards, VDA 6.3, and Core Tools.
Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
