Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager – Operations to lead, coordinate, and optimize our repair processes. This role involves managing teams of technicians, assigning work based on expertise, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficiency in job completion. The right candidate will not only oversee workflows but also introduce process improvements, encourage collaboration, and evaluate team performance for continuous growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Effectively manage teams of technicians and assign repair tasks to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Work Allocation: Assign work based on the skills and expertise of team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Feedback and Performance Evaluation: Regularly communicate with team members, collect their feedback, and evaluate their performance to identify areas of improvement and provide necessary support.
  • Repair Job Distribution: Prioritize repair jobs based on urgency and complexity, distribute tasks to the technical team, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess repair processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, implementing best practices to enhance overall productivity.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and promote effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure seamless workflow and optimized repair processes.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the service industry, with a strong background in managing teams and coordinating repair processes.
  • Team Management Skills: Excellent team management skills, including the ability to assign work, provide guidance, offer feedback, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions to optimize repair processes.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Leadership Skills: Display strong leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding team members towards achieving project goals and delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial electronics and repair processes is advantageous, enabling effective communication and coordination with technical teams.
