Numerator is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join the payroll team based out of Vadodara. This position will offer opportunities to proactively identify areas for improvement and feel empowered to execute in these areas. The position will work closely with other members of Finance and cross-functionally with the India/ International finance team, along with the global payroll team.

What You Get to Do:

• Handling various registrations on respective portals E.g., PF registrations, ESIC registrations, NPS registrations, Sodexo.
• Assist with the Payroll process (Overtime, attendance, Payments, and deductions).
• Coordinating with employees for their PF/ ESIC / Payroll / Tax-related queries.
• Conduct orientation of new joiners and explain the payroll onboarding.
• Overall Payroll accounting.
• Balance sheet Reconciliations.
• Payroll TDS returns including form 16 generation.
• Review the Investment proofs submitted by employees for TDS calculations.
• Liaising with the bank and other external agencies for various payroll-related compliance.
  
  

• A person should be present mandatorily in Vadodara.
• Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance / of core accounting/Payroll experience.
• Tackling problems with enthusiasm, having excellent attention to detail, and approaching tasks with innovative thinking.
• Competency with G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Drive, etc.) and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines, multitask efficiently, and manage individuals
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
