Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will independently manage and execute the overall marketing function, covering both traditional and digital channels. This role requires strategic planning, campaign execution, and end-to-end monitoring of marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans
- Plan campaigns for product promotion, lead generation, and brand building
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels
- Work with sales, product, and leadership to align initiatives with business objectives
- Digital Marketing
PPC & Lead Generation
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads and others)
- Track and improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI
- Create ad copy and support landing page optimization
SEO & Website Management
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content
- Coordinate with design/content teams to maintain SEO standards
- Brand, Content & Communication
- Oversee creation of blogs, emails, social posts, brochures, case studies, and presentations
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
- Manage internal and external resources for content and design execution
- Exhibitions, Events & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute exhibitions and trade show marketing
- Manage stall design, branding materials, and promotions
- Handle lead management before, during, and after events
- Lead Management & CRM Collaboration
- Ensure timely assignment of leads to sales teams
- Track lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with sales to improve follow-ups and conversions
- Market Research & Data Management
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Prepare market intelligence and MIS reports
- Support leadership with data-driven insights
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs across all marketing channels
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Run A/B tests and continuously optimize campaigns
Requirements
- 9+ years of marketing experience (preferably B2B)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing: PPC, SEO, analytics
- Proven ability to manage marketing independently with high ownership
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, MS Office, and CRM systems
- Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong multitasking and deadline management skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools
- Creative thinking and copywriting skills
- Google certifications (preferred)
