Marketing Content Management Web Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Content Management Web Developer to own and maintain our website. You’ll make sure our pages look great, load fast, and work the way they should. This role blends light front-end development with CMS execution to turn content and design into clean, functional web pages.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Build and update website pages, blogs, and landing pages in HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean layouts and smooth user experience.
• Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to adjust layouts, fix styling issues, and implement small functional updates.
• Maintain responsive design, page performance, accessibility, and core on-page SEO hygiene.
• Support basic campaign needs by implementing tracking (GA4, GTM, UTMs, pixels) and reviewing landing page performance for quick insights.
• Run regular website health checks, identify issues early, and ensure consistency across updates.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1–3 years of experience managing and building web pages on HubSpot CMS or a similar platform.
• 1–3 years of experience managing WordPress or similar blogging platforms.
• Strong skills in HTML & CSS, with comfort making basic JavaScript edits.
• A solid understanding of responsive design, UX fundamentals, and on-page SEO best practices.
• Ability to translate design files (e.g., Figma) into functional web pages with clean structure.
• Exposure to campaign analytics or basic performance tools (e.g., GA4).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• A relevant bachelors degree is preferred.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with HubSpot’s templating language (HubL) is a plus.
• Experience with building custom WordPress themes.
• Experience implementing marketing tracking or assisting with simple A/B tests.
• Comfort with basic design tools like Figma for minor updates.
