ERP (SAP) Data management

•Ensure the quality of data controlled by the factory’s information systems (ERP, MES, WMS, PDM (NextGen, Symphony or legacy tools), E CAD, MCAD,  configurator) :  integrity, compatibility & consistency

•Manage and animate data owners network and process on the quality of data with the appropriate indicators

•Initialise the material info records and Engineering Change Notification Process

•Coordinate the tasks between the different actors in charge of managing the evolutions of products and components, change request flows

•Manage the archiving and removing of Data corresponding to the products life cycle

•Drive the data cleansing for new system implementation (NextGen CSM, PDM, …)

•Ensure the right transfer of data from PDM to ERP (BOM transfer)

•Define rules to manage the master databases

•Build, manage and communicate the corresponding indicators for efficient quality of data (ex : DQR : Data Quality Report, Datascan, …)

•With the support of the data owners, participate to maintain the skills of users
