Job Description
Job Responsibilities • Drive sales and marketing initiatives for Power Cables, Telecom Cables & Conductors across international regions, ensuring growth in market share and presence across key sectors. • Define annual budgets and develop strategies to achieve sales volumes and profitability targets. • Set regional sales targets (Exports), monitor performance, and provide guidance to teams for goal achievement. • Lead and manage the sales team to maintain and expand the approved client database. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers. • Conduct competitive analysis, track industry trends, and stay updated on relevant policies impacting the export market. • Oversee comprehensive market mapping and identification of new business opportunities. • Collaborate with finance and sales teams for effective receivables management. Qualification : Technical: • Understand different channels reaching out to international customers. • Understanding of factors influencing buying decisions & buying behaviours of customer • Sound technical background Functional: • Ability to define export growth strategies aligned with business goals. • Identifying and developing new international markets and clients. • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Behavioral: • Relationship Skills • Good in Communication & Presentation Skills • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities. • Team-oriented approach across functions and geographies.
