Job Responsibilities**

• Participate in a comprehensive rotational program across different departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to gain a holistic understanding of Hitachis business operations.
• Support department managers and senior staff in daily tasks, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects, contributing to their successful completion.
• Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure efficient departmental functioning.
• Present findings, updates, and proposals to team members and management.
• Develop a strong understanding of Hitachis products, services, and market position.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Strong academic record with a demonstrated aptitude for learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interest in developing a career within a global technology and industrial company.
