Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Operation Property Manager to support our factory and office operations through effective Asset & Property Management. The role encompasses end‑to‑end management of utilities, building services, and facilities, ensuring reliable, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple customer groups.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in space planning, small to medium project execution, and EHS compliance related to asset operations. The role demands capabilities in maintenance and operations budgeting, along with a forward‑looking approach toward digitalization and sustainability initiatives.

This position also involves active liaison with statutory authorities, ensuring regulatory adherence, and the management of canteen and security services to maintain safe and employee‑friendly premises. We are looking for a professional who is committed to a growth mindset and continuously driving operational improvements.

The role reports directly to the Regional Asset Manager of Siemens Energy India Limited and is based in Vadodara.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Oversee asset and facilities operations across multiple factory locations, ensuring smooth functioning and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Location In-Charge, Factory Managers, Commercial, EHS, and other RE functions.
  • Drive SEIL‑RE KPIs and lead outsourced Facilities Management teams across electrical, mechanical, civil, and soft services.
  • Ensure effective maintenance of key systems including transformers, HVAC, fire systems, CCTV, utilities, and building infrastructure.
  • Implement lifecycle maintenance plans for buildings and utility systems to enhance reliability and asset life.
  • Manage canteen, pantry, and security operations to support safe and efficient factory environments.
  • Lead factory expansion, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects, coordinating vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Uphold Siemens Zero Harm Culture (ZHC) and ensure EHS compliance through risk assessments and the 10‑Point EHS Program.
  • Prepare and manage Capex and Opex budgets, ensuring accurate online tracking and long-term planning.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including state statutory norms, Factories Act requirements, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with SEIL‑RE central teams (EHS, SCM, Sustainability, Security, Commercial) to drive integrated operational strategies.
  • Provide electrical engineering support for site projects and review annual maintenance programs for central electrical utilities.

What you bring:

  • A graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with around 15 years of experience in factory and office environments; or 10 years of experience for post‑graduates from premium institutes in key leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage teams, drive customer focus, and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • High digital acumen with proficiency in modern digital tools, systems, and dashboards; ability to create clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations for management reviews.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • A result‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to drive ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Sound commercial understanding to support and achieve FIN‑RE business objectives.
