In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing teams for Business Operations. Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with team to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities of your team
- Lead, manage and develop a team for financial operation activities which includes client invoicing, adjustment processing and other related tasks.
- Driving the accurate and timely processing of invoices and month-end closure
- Define, monitor, and improve upon relevant KPIs,
- Youll be responsible for further driving automation to streamline core functions and improve accuracy, working closely with global leads and operational teams as well as the rest of the finance organization.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications. Contribute to training and development of the team.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole.
- To assist in the smooth running of the of the team, Motivate the team to go the extra mile and think “outside the box”.
- Optimize the current processes and work towards scalable processes.
- Providing support during internal and external audits
- Assisting in process improvement and systems enhancement to drive initiatives that help scale the organization.
- Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision.
- Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively.
- Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved.
- Recognize and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development.
- Support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs.
- Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ business management. Masters degree with Business Administration Finance or master’s in commerce preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on relevant field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Able to approach situations from an analytical mindset to generate a logical conclusion.
- Able to resolve customer complaints using pre-defined and creative solutions.
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
- Able to work independently when required and collaborate as part of a multi-time zone team as well.
- Strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and Web-based resources.
- This role is based in Vadodara, as per process requirements, and will require the candidate to be physically present at this location.
