Job Purpose:​

  • Refresh and deliver the allocated reports timely and with quality
  • Perform minor changes in the allocated reports as requested
  • Provide support with cross validation and validation across countries

Responsibilities:

  • Run the assigned reports to be delivered to both internal/external clients
  • Perform quality checks in the BAU deliverables to ensure the reports are delivered with Quality
  • Deliver the assigned reports by the predefined deadlines
  • Ensure reports are delivered to correct recipients/Locations
  • Use different NIQs official tools to refresh and deliver reports (Discover, Nad, DIPE, CX, Dynamics, etc) according to BI Standards
  • Make sure production trackers, Smartsheet inventories, SOPs, and other mandatory trackers are updated on a regular basis
  • Provide support with Metrics tracking, Dynamics, Timesheet
  • Deploy minor change requests in allocated reports following Dynamics requests
  • Ensure to keep learning, about NIQ tools, processes, other country reports
  • Take part in reports’ transitions, join Knowledge Transfer calls, perform Dry and Parallel runs of allocated reports, and make sure the allocated reports are moved to BAU as per agreed timelines
  • Provide support and updates both to internal and external teams
  • Maintain clear communication with all NIQ departments (CS, BI, Setup, Operations…)
  • Perform in adherence to NIQ/BI BAU quality performance, take corrective action when required and provide RCA to Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Implements best practices identified by other BI teams : Governance, Setup, BI Consultants

Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree in any stream
  • Hands on experience on advance excel – Mandatory
  • Basic VBA knowledge – A Plus added advantage
  • Communication is must
