• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim area
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related information
• Check and verify passenger documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations
• Assist with the boarding process and ensure a smooth and timely departure for all flights
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from the aircraft
• Conduct safety and security checks on the aircraft before and after each flight
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled individuals
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport operations is an asset
