Job Job Description

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction programs
• Handle complete employee lifecycle management (joining to exit)
• Ensure a smooth and seamless employee experience
  
  

HR Operations

• Provide day-to-day operational HR support
• Manage HR processes including documentation, policy implementation, and compliance
• Drive and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles
  
  

Employee Relations

• Support HRBP in executing strategic HR initiatives
• Ensure proactive communication and effective policy implementation
• Maintain and update HRIS records
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (preferred)
  
  

Key Skills

• Strong interpersonal Skill
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS tool.

Qualification: MBA- HR /MHRM

Experience

Tenure 1-3 years of relevant experience
