This Position reports to:

Senior Designer





Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the design of equipment, systems, or installations or modifies the pre-engineered designs for assignments by applying standard design concepts. Each day, you will assist in designing engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in design reviews and design verification and modifying the design, as necessary.

This role is contributing to the Motion business for High Power division based in Vadodara, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting the preparation of specific aspects of design assignments to meet the contractual obligations, adhering to safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.
• Creates the design of equipment, systems, or installations or modifies the pre-engineered designs, for assignments classified as low complexity, by applying standard design concepts.
• Ensuring that Bill of Materials for the project meets contractual obligations.
• Assisting technical risk assessments and implements the resulting actions in their projects.
• Participating in workshops pertaining to engineering design, tools, and processes.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Full time engineering in Electrical with 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Assists in designing engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification.
• Collaborates with the supply chain, manufacturing, and testing functions to ensure the designs are appropriately manufactured / staged and tested.
• Reports any integrity, compliance, safety, cybersecurity, quality, contract, program, and cost issues to the management and/or project manager(s) for resolution.
