Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter with 3–5 years of full-cycle experience in clinical and allied health staffing. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across multiple US states for a mix of VMS/MSP-managed requisitions and direct hospital/facility clients. The ideal candidate has strong command of US healthcare licensure, credentialing, work-authorization/visa screening, and end-to-end submission-to-deployment ownership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and allied health roles – RN (ICU, ER, Med-Surg, OR, L&D, Tele), LPN/LVN, CNA, CST, Rad Tech, PT/OT/SLP, Respiratory Therapist, Lab/Med Tech, Case Manager, etc.

Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice), LinkedIn Recruiter, internal ATS database, referrals, nursing forums, and social media groups.

Conduct detailed screening calls covering clinical specialty, years of experience, unit type, shift flexibility, licensure status, and relocation/travel readiness.

Pre-qualify candidates against job order specifics before submission to avoid client rejections.

2. VMS / MSP Client Management

Submit candidates through Vendor Management System (VMS) / Managed Service Provider (MSP) portals such as Fieldglass (SAP), Beeline, IntelliCentrics, Wand, ShiftWise, Medefis/RightSourcing, HealthTrust, Consilium, and LaborEdge.

Track requisition aging, submission-to-interview ratio, and fill timelines against client SLAs directly on VMS dashboards.

Ensure rate cards, candidate profiles, and compliance attachments meet MSP-specific formatting rules prior to submission.

Monitor VMS alerts for interview requests, client feedback, offers, and rejections; respond within tight turnaround windows (often same-day).

Understand MSP-specific bill-rate ceilings, mark-up structures, and tiering (Tier 1/Tier 2 vendor status) that affect submission priority.

3. Direct Hospital / Facility Client Management

Build and nurture direct relationships with hospital HR, Nurse Managers, Clinical Directors, and Talent Acquisition teams for facilities not routed through an MSP.

Understand facility-specific credentialing packets, unit-level clinical requirements, and shift/schedule preferences unique to each client.

Coordinate directly with facility compliance/HR teams for onboarding, badge access, EMR training scheduling, and confirmed start dates.

Maintain a consistent communication cadence with direct clients to gather feedback, resolve escalations, and generate repeat/referral business.

Negotiate contract terms, extensions, and rate adjustments directly with facility stakeholders where applicable.

4. Compliance, Credentialing & Closing

Validate candidate work authorization/visa status for US employment eligibility prior to submission.

Verify state licensure (compact vs. single-state), specialty certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS/TNCC), and continuing education requirements.

Coordinate pay rate/bill rate negotiation and manage offer rollout, counter-offers, and closing conversations.

Facilitate full credentialing packet completion – licenses, certifications, drug screen, physical/immunization records, background checks, and references.

Track candidates through onboarding, orientation, start date, and first 30/60/90-day retention check-ins.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in ATS/CRM for reporting and pipeline visibility.

5. US Visa Types & Work Authorization Knowledge (Mandatory Understanding)
