Mern Stack Developer

Job Summary

AliteProjects is looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer / Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using the MERN stack – Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a good understanding of frontend and backend development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
  
• Build user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
  
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  
• Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.
  
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  
• Perform debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
  
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
  
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.
  
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and project planning.
  
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript / ES6+.
  
• Good hands-on experience with React.js.
  
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
  
• Good experience working with MongoDB.
  
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
  
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
  
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT/OAuth.
  
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
  
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
