Epassi is growing and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to Vaasa (Finland). We work in a hybrid model, 3 days a week at the office.

In this role you’ll be the face of the company interacting with our important stakeholders – end-users, clients and partners.

As a Customer Support Specialist You Will

  • resolve customer support cases through phone and email efficiently and politely offering best-in-class service
  • guide our stakeholders from a technical and product perspective through the user-journey
  • liaise with colleagues and other teams to find the best solutions
  • identify recurring issues and feedback to be escalated for product development
  • keep yourself up to date with new and changing features of the product

Youre a Great Fit If You

  • excel in communication and strive towards always giving the best possible service
  • are effective, structured and have an eye for details
  • grasp easily new information and operating systems
  • are easy-going team player with can-do attitude and to also work well on your own
  • have 1-2 years of work experience within a customer service or other relevant experience
  • are proficient in Finnish and English (these are mandatory), Swedish is a big plus
