Job Title: Warehouse Executive – Contract Logistics

Location: Banur Tepla, Punjab

Department: Operations / Contract Logistics

Salary: Up to 25K per Month (CTC)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Executive to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Banur Tepla Warehouse. The candidate should have a strong understanding of warehouse functions including inventory control, inbound & outbound processes, team handling, and documentation as per client SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order processing, and dispatch.
• Monitor and ensure accurate inventory management (physical vs system).
• Handle inbound and outbound logistics as per SOPs and timelines.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, stacking, and space utilization.
• Coordinate with transporters, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation related to GRN, DC, invoice, stock reports, and dispatch logs.
• Ensure adherence to safety, and compliance standards inside the warehouse.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
• Support team training and guide junior warehouse staff on processes.
• Report daily MIS to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Head.
  
  

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations (contract logistics preferred).
• Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems, MS Excel, and warehouse documentation.
• Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
  
  

• 10+2 or above
• Additional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an advantage.
