Receptionist And Telecaller

Hammoq is looking for a smart, well-spoken and customer-friendly Receptionist who can also handle telecalling duties. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage front desk operations, and handle incoming/outgoing calls related to customer inquiries, bookings, and promotions.

1. Greet and assist visitors and customers at the cinema front desk.
2. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and ticket-related questions.
3. Maintain visitor records and manage daily front desk operations.
4. Promote cinema offers and events through telecalling.
5. Coordinate with management and other staff for smooth operations.
6. Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain a neat reception area.

1. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
2. Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel)
4. Prior experience as a receptionist or telecaller will be an advantage

• Type: Full-time 
• Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
