Senior Engineer Quality

Job Description:

•    Conduct bi-hourly yield review meetings for each production floor to monitor yield performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement actions.
•    Lead Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) for yield-impacting issues and ensure timely closure of action items through MIL (Management Issue List) tracking.
•    Perform regular Gemba Walks with CFT members to identify process abnormalities, non-conformances, and operational issues affecting production yield on the shop floor.
•    Analyse bi-hourly yield reports, monitor defect trends, and escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders for immediate corrective action.
•    Prepare and share yield performance reports with customers on a bi-hourly basis, ensuring transparency and timely communication of production status.
•    Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Process teams to implement corrective and preventive measures that improve yield and reduce defect levels.
•    Track key yield metrics, monitor line performance, and drive data-based decision-making to achieve customer and organizational yield targets.
•    Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers regarding yield performance, ongoing improvements, and issue resolution activities.
