Naturopathy Therapist

A clinical role in the holistic wellness and integrative healthcare sector, supporting preventive care, lifestyle medicine, and natural therapies for outpatient clients. The position is onsite in India, delivering evidence-based naturopathy treatments within a multi-disciplinary wellness clinic. We seek a hands-on practitioner who blends clinical assessment with practical therapeutic delivery and patient education.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments: medical history, lifestyle review, physical examination and baseline measurements; document clinical findings.
• Design and deliver personalized naturopathy treatment plans, incorporating hydrotherapy, therapeutic massage, nutritional guidance, botanical support and lifestyle interventions.
• Administer on-site therapies safely and skillfully (hydrotherapy modalities, therapeutic massage, reflexology and other naturopathic procedures as appropriate).
• Provide structured patient education, self-care instructions and follow-up plans to support behaviour change and long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, track treatment outcomes, and communicate progress with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Ensure clinic hygiene, equipment maintenance, inventory control and adherence to safety and infection-control protocols.
  
  

• Formal qualification in naturopathy or equivalent clinical diploma/certificate from a recognized institution
• Proven clinical experience delivering on-site naturopathy therapies in a wellness clinic or healthcare setting
• Practical expertise in hydrotherapy
• Practical expertise in therapeutic massage
• Competence in naturopathic nutrition and botanical medicine
• Clinical case assessment and record-keeping
  
  

• Certification in yoga therapy or reflexology
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) / clinic management systems
• Additional training in patient counselling or lifestyle medicine
